Exhibition and Sponsorship

The Organizing Committee offers organizations an additional opportunity – sponsorship and participation in the exhibition related to the subject of debris flow studies and mitigation. We have provided two packages for companies wishing to participate in the conference: “Exhibition” and “Sponsorship”.

The “Exhibition” package includes the opportunity to advertise the company’s products or facilities for three days on October 6, 7 and 8. The conference sessions will be held in the Main Building of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences (Tbilisi, Rustaveli Avenue, 52). The Organizing Committee will provide exhibitors with space in the exhibit hall in front of the conference hall, which will include a table with a chair and an electrical outlet. The package includes participation of one company representative in all conference events, except for the field seminar (the seminar is paid separately). The company representative must register on the conference website. The company representative can give a report at the conference if desired. The cost of the “Exhibition” package is 1,500 US dollars (or 1,350 euros).

The “Sponsorship” package includes the placement of the company logo on banners, posters, the conference website, the conference program and the conference book of proceedings. Flyers or booklets provided by the company will be placed in the package that each participant will receive. The package includes the participation of one company representative in all conference events, except for the field seminar (the seminar is paid for separately). The company representative must register on the conference website. The company representative can, if desired, make a presentation at the conference. The cost of the “Sponsorship” package is 1500 US dollars (or 1350 euros).

If the customer wants to take both packages, the total cost will be 2,500 US dollars (or 2,250 euros). On behalf of the Organizing Committee, contracts with sponsors and exhibitors will be concluded by the Ecocenter for Environmental Protection (https://eco1985.ge/).
